2. Avoid checking emails or making business calls before bed or when you are with your spouse – Spending time with your partner can be really comforting sometimes, so just say it out loud.
3. Sex matters too – A healthy sex life with your spouse will improve your relationship and help you conceive.
4. Quit Smoking And Drinking – These habits can cause serious difficulties and make conception difficult.
