Local entrepreneurs sign agreement with Vitality Bowls to open new coffee shop in Stanislaus County

Silvana and Reter plan to open the café near the burgeoning Market Place shopping mall and popular Village One community area, where the health-focused fast-casual restaurant will give residents, professionals and visitors access to a selection of nutritious dense foods unavailable elsewhere are found. After opening the first Vitality Bowl, Silvana and Reter hope to continue at other locations.
