    Rachel Bilson is living her best life while vacationing at the Four Seasons in Punta Mita, Mexico. the previous That’s OK The star spent some time poolside soaking up the rays in a super cute red one-piece swimsuit that highlighted her strong arms and legs (which she accessorised with a straw hat and sunglasses).

    But best of all, she ate a burger with an iced tea, which is clearly #holidaydestinations.

    She hasn’t revealed much about her workout routines in recent years, but she has shared some of her diet secrets with everyone.

    One thing you’ll always find in Rachel’s fridge is oat milk (she was partnered with Planet Oat). She told Green Matters in June 2021 that she uses the oat milk for vegan pancakes, fudgesicles, banana bread and overnight oats. Delicious.

    “We soak the oats in oat milk and then add a lot of fun stuff and my daughter (Briar Rose) loves it. I pack it in Mason jars and it sits in the fridge ready to go. That’s definitely our biggest staple,” she told the outlet.

    Other dishes she loves are turkey chili and chicken parmesan. she said Eat this, not that! in June 2021 that she likes to make a healthy version of a chicken parm.

    “It’s almost sacrilegious to change any of the Italian recipes, but if you cook the chicken in the oven and don’t cook the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese and melted mozzarella, you have a healthier option,” she said. “I’m not saying that’s our first choice in our household, but that’s a version of it you can do.”
