Alaya F strikes a (yoga!) pose in her swimsuit. Alaya is a vegetarian and eats healthily. “I generally live a healthy lifestyle. I eat fairly healthy, exercise and stay active and fit. Even mentally, I try to keep myself healthy as much as possible,” she said Bollywood bubble.


Alaya is a creature of habit when it comes to food. “I have a fixed menu for the week and it changes every week. Every day is different. Monday to Sunday I make sure it’s different so I don’t get fed up and then it repeats next week Breakfast can be anything like raagi dosa or rawa idli or muesli or oats. Every day it’s something different. My lunch was regular bhaji, rajma with brown rice,” she told Bollywood Bubble.

Alaya claims that health comes down to “just a good constant state of balance and the right intentions in many ways,” she explained to Bollywood Bubble. “Being fit doesn’t mean you can’t have a cheat meal or your favorite food. I think it’s just about balance and having the right intention with which you do it. I feel when you’re on a diet with all of that Bad intentions, like dieting just for the purpose of losing weight, then you put yourself in a very negative zone of your body and health. That’s not productive for anyone and you won’t end up being fit at all. So, that’s my definition I have There are times when I train all the time and I have times when I’m not mentally in a place that I want to train in. I just want to sit and do nothing. That’s ok too. It’s a balance of both and not just this or that for a lifetime. This is my definition of fitness because there is room to grow and learn more.

Alaya does many different workouts. “I work out in the gym, play tennis, dance and do yoga. I used to do MMA, gymnastics and even Pilates. I’ve tried everything,” she told Hindustan Times. your favorite? Yoga. “What I love about yoga is that it’s quite a mindful, peaceful thing. It’s such a wonderful workout. I like to do it without a fan or air conditioning. At the end of my yoga I’m just a pile of sweat. It’s such a good feeling in the morning when you wake up and engage in this healthy form of exercise. It gives you so much energy, that’s what I love about it. That’s why I love it.”

In an Instagram Q&A, Alaya emphasized the importance of self-love. “Be kind to yourself and treat yourself well. No matter how many best friends you have or not, be your own best friend first because you end up having yourself for the rest of your life. You’ll be fine,” she told her followers.
